Now that you have helped Get Out The Vote, make sure every one is counted.

Free and Fair

Trump and our Lieutenant Governor are already attempting to sabotage the 2026 election, with worse to come. Here's how Gustavus voters can keep our elections free and fair:

1. Sign up to protect the 2026 elections with Indivisible's Election Protection Corps. You'll be invited to periodic meetings and will be alerted with calls to action as needed.

2. Get a job! Be an election worker for the State of Alaska.

3. Be an Election Observer for the Alaska Democratic Party (no matter your party affiliation). Election observers are stationed in district offices and are trained to observe the ballot processing and report irregularities. If you can spend a day or more in Juneau or one of the other district offices, take the training and sign up for shifts from October 26-November 18.

4. Be a Poll Watcher for the Alaska Democratic Party (no matter your party affiliation). Poll watchers observe where votes are cast, whether early in person, or on election day. ADP says we need poll watchers in Gustavus!

5. Be a Hotline volunteer for our Alaska specific voter assistance line (855-49-VOTES), to help folks navigate barriers. The backup national number is 866-OUR-VOTE / https://866ourvote.org
